On-Road IoT gives you a variety of self help options, including AURA, your AI assistant, PowerHub, the online training center, and the Powerfleet Help center containing online help articles. You can access these on the main navigation toolbar or from the overflow menu.
If these icons are not accessible it could mean that they were hidden from your UI.
Read Customize the main navigation toolbar to enable these for your organization.
What each option does
- Aura Powerfleet's AI assistant. Ask Aura questions in natural language and it surfaces relevant answers, walks you through tasks, or points you to the right article.
- Set a page as favorite or the home page.
- Navigate to the home page
- Powerhub to access online training courses.
- Click this menu to access the online help articles. This is a full searchable library of help articles, how-to's, and release notes for On-Road IoT. Use this when you need step-by-step instructions or want to browse topics.
