Serial scripts can be logged to the CSO Scripting team.
For transparency and reporting only CAN script requests that come via the help portal will be processed. This process applies to all CAN script requests - both EV and ICE scans. No requests must go via email.
- Click the Customer Support tab at the top.
- Select the required account under Account Name.
- Under Support Category, select New CAN Script Request from the dropdown list.
- Click Continue.
- Complete the required fields that display on the screen. The following information is vital and will prevent a revisit to the asset:
- Fuel Type (EV/ICE)
- Make/Model
- VIN
- Baud rate
- Timestamp picture of the dashboard dials
- Picture & description of the CAN scanning point
- Attached scanning logs or link (maximum of 50MB can be attached)
- Toggle the button next to Attachments to upload files.
- Click Continue
- Attach a file on the next screen by selecting Upload Files or drag and drop files.
- Click Continue.
- You will now see the case number.
- Click Next.
- You will see a summary of all open cases.
