If you have forgotten your knowledge base password, you can reset it from the sign-in page.
For customers
- Go to https://knowledge.powerfleet.com/
- Click Sign in on the top banner.
- Click Forgot my password.
- Enter the email address you used to create your account.
- Click Submit.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email. Click the reset link in the email.
- Enter a new password and confirm it.
- You can now sign in with your new password.
Please note
- If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.
- The reset link expires after a period of time. If it has expired, repeat the steps above to request a new one.
For staff members
Staff members sign in using Company SSO and do not have a unique knowledge base password to reset. If you are having trouble signing in, contact your IT administrator to reset your company password or confirm your account is active in the company directory.
