Aura is built directly into the Unity portal and On-Road IoT.
1. Log in to the relevant portal and click the Aura icon:
(Located in the top right corner)
2. Type your question in the text box provided, e.g. How do I see the state of charge of my EV vehicles.
3. Click the Send button.
- The answer will be displayed with references to where it was obtained. Click on the References tab to view the sources and read the specific articles.
- You can provide positive feedback by clicking the thumbs-up icon. To give negative feedback, click the thumbs-down icon. Enter and share additional comments.
Click Share feedback to submit your comments.
3. To continue the conversation, enter more text in the How can I help? textbox and press Send.
4. View your chat history by clicking the icon in the top left corner.
5. Start a new conversation by clicking the pencil tool in the upper right corner.
6. Make the screen bigger by clicking the Expand icon.
7. Close Aura by clicking the X in the top right.
