Aura is built directly into the Unity portal and On-Road IoT.
1. Log in to the relevant portal and click the Aura icon. Located in the top right corner.
2. Type your question in the text box provided, e.g. How do I see the state of charge of my EV vehicles.
3. Click the Send button.
- The answer will be displayed with references to where it was obtained. Click on the References tab to view the sources and read the specific articles.
- You can provide positive feedback by clicking the thumbs-up icon. To give negative feedback , click the thumbs-down icon. Enter and share additional comments.
Click Share feedback to submit your comments.

To continue the conversation, enter more text in the How can I help? textbox and press Send.

View your chat history by clicking the icon in the top left corner.

Start a new conversation by clicking the pencil tool in the upper right corner.

Make the screen bigger by clicking the Expand icon.

Close Aura by clicking the X in the top right.
