Sign in to On-Road IoT with multifactor authentication (MFA) when your account has a Powerfleet central account. The central account now manages MFA, and the process works very similarly to before.
Any user with MFA enabled and a central account has MFA automatically applied on the central account.
An administrator enables MFA for a user by selecting the MFA option on the user's detail page in On-Road IoT. Read the articles below to learn how to enable MFA for your user accounts.
Sign in with MFA
- Open the On-Road IoT URL in your browser.
- Enter your username on the sign-in page.
- Click CONTINUE.
- Enter your password.
- Click Sign in.
- Complete the MFA setup if you are prompted. This happens the first time you sign in after MFA is enabled.
- Enter the verification code.
- Click Submit.
MFA is disabled for single sign-on (SSO) users. Your organization's identity provider configures and checks MFA.
