Permission: You will need the "Users - Multifactor Authentication" permission to enable this feature.
If you enable multifactor authentication for a user, they will be required to authenticate their On-Road IoT account after logging in as an additional step to ensure account security.
- Click Manage.
- Under User Admin, click Users.
- Search for the relevant user by typing in the text box at the top.
- Click on the user name or on the three dots menu to the right and click Edit.
- Check the box next to Multifactor authentication (MFA) to enable this.
- Click Save.
The user now needs to set up their multifactor authentication.
