Unity portal - Sign in to Powerfleet central account using MFA

Sign in to Unity with multifactor authentication (MFA). Unity follows the MFA settings on your Powerfleet central account.

MFA was not previously available for Unity sign-in. If MFA is enabled on your central account, Unity asks for a verification code each time you sign in. If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), the SSO configuration on your central account also applies.

An administrator enables MFA for a user by selecting the MFA option on the user's detail page in On-Road IoT.

Sign in with MFA

  1. Open the Unity portal URL in your browser.
  2. Enter your username on the sign-in page.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Click Sign in.
  6. Complete the MFA setup if you are prompted. This happens the first time you sign in after MFA is enabled.
  7. Enter the verification code in the Code field.
  8. Click Sign in.
