Resend the user's onboarding welcome email by going to the User admin feature:
- Search for the user.
- Click the three dots at the end of the row next to the user's details.
- Click Resend email - note that this is only available if a Unity user's account status is:

- Expired - When the user did not action the initial email in time
- Unverified - Can be used when the user reported they did not receive it the first time.

After the email has been sent, the status will change from expired to unverified.
