If this is your first sign-in since the authentication update, you must set a new password first. Read Set a new password for your central account in Unity.
Accessing Unity allows centralized authentication to all the Powerfleet products that are available to you.
After an administrator has created your Unity account, you will receive an email to set your new password. If you are a new user look for an email from Powerfleet in your inbox and spam email folders or log a new user account request with the support department.
Sign in
- Open the Unity portal URL in your browser: http://unityaiot.com
- Enter your username supplied by your administrator on the sign-in page.
- Click Next.
- On the next page, enter your password as created from the registration email.
- Click Sign in.
If your username or password is incorrect, access is denied. The page does not say which one is wrong. This protects your account. Read Forgot Unity portal password to reset your password.
- Click the eye icon next to the password field to reveal the entered characters.
