Sign in to Unity with multifactor authentication (MFA). Unity follows the MFA settings on your Powerfleet central account.
MFA was not previously available for Unity portal users. If MFA is enabled on your central account, Unity asks for a verification code each time you sign in. If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), the SSO configuration on your central account also applies but note that this is not set in Unity but rather on the federated orginazation account.
Sign in with MFA
- Open the Unity portal URL in your browser https://unityaiot.com/
- Enter your username on the sign-in page.
- Click Continue.
- Enter your password.
- Click Sign in.
- Complete the MFA setup if you are prompted. This happens the first time you sign in after MFA is enabled.
- Enter the verification code in the Code field.
- Click Sign in.
