AI Calibration Parameters with settings For LHD or RHD and the correct regional settings

The new AI features rely very heavily on the Calibration Parameters be configured and set correctly.

For ADPlus2.0 the Steering Position should be configured. The regional setting for all regions other than North America shall be set to "Standard".
