Go to: https://help.powerfleet.com/
- Click the Customer Support tab at the top.
- Select the account that the ticket must be captured against under Account name (if there are multiple).
- Under the Support category dropdown list, select General service request.
- Click Continue.
- Select a sub-category and complete the required fields on the next screen.
- Attach a file by clicking on the slider next to Upload Files.
- Click Continue.
- Click Upload Files to browse for the required file or click drop files to drag and drop your files.
- Click Done when you are finished uploading the file.
- Click Continue.
- A case number will be created and displayed on the screen.
- Click Next to view a summary of all cases logged.
