- Go to help.powerfleet.com
- When your user account is setup, you will receive an email from noreply@salesforce.com. Please check your spam and junk mail folders for this email if you cannot find it in your inbox.
- Click on the link in the email that will direct you to a login page.
- Enter a new password. Your username is displayed on the form.
- Click Change password.
- You will now be able to access the portal and view your cases.
Changing my language preference
- If you are logged in, you can click the user profile icon on the top right.
- Select settings.
- Change your language preference, locale and the required time zone.
- Click Save.
