PLEASE NOTE: You have to be Signed in to the knowledge base to subscribe and follow content.
You can subscribe to sections so that you are notified when somebody creates an article in that section.
If a section you are following contains additional sections, you must also follow those individual subsections to receive notifications for them as well.
You can stop following content at any time.
Following content
You cannot follow entire categories but you can follow sections and subsections. You will be notified when updates are made to existing articles or posts, only when new articles are published. You cannot automatically follow all new articles across the help center. You must follow each section instead.
To follow a section or topic
- Navigate to the section or topic that you want to follow.
- Click Follow, then choose new articles:

Whenever a new article is loaded to this section, you will receive an email notification.
Unfollowing content
You can stop following content at any time if you no longer want to receive notifications.
- In the section that you are following, click Following, then select Unfollow.
