Vehicle Maintenance Integration API

The Vehicle Maintenance Integration API lets external systems retrieve an asset's completed vehicle inspection records and unresolved inspection issues for a date range.
The data matches what you see in On-Road IoT.

The API is currently available in the UAT environment only. Contact Powerfleet support to request your API key details.

What you can retrieve

  • Inspection history: The completed inspection records for an asset, including the template, driver, coordinates, odometer reading, inspection steps, comments, and photo flags.
  • Unresolved issue history: The unresolved failed inspection steps for an asset, including the reporting dates, the reporter, and the associated comments.

Check that the API is available

  1. Send a GET request to /api/v1/environment/health.
  2. Check the health status in the response.

Error responses

  • 400: The request is invalid. The response is a ProblemDetails object.
  • 500: The server failed to process the request. The response is a ProblemDetails object.
