- Filter assets on this page by their maintenance status, e.g., view only assets marked as unsafe to drive after inspections.
- Click on the Asset description to view more details, like the outstanding issues, the inspection results and any comments or photos added by the driver.
- The Outstanding issues tab at the top will display all the outstanding issues with their comments and photos as uploaded by the driver during inspection.
An outstanding issue is an inspection step that was failed during a vehicle inspection. If the same step is reported multiple times during inspections, the reported instances will be added to the same outstanding issue. The first and last time it was reported will be shown, who reported it, and the total number of reported instances.
- Click on the comment icon next to an outstanding issue to view any comments that were added. The number next to the icon will show how many comments have been added.
- You can also add a note / comment by clicking this button. Enter text in the Add a comment box and click Save.
- Click on the camera icon to view any photos that were added during the inspection. The number next to the icon will show the number of photo attachments.
- You can mark an issue as resolved by clicking the relevant button once it has been resolved.
- Enter a comment and optional job number and click Resolve.
- You can view the Inspection results by clicking tab at the top.

Export the asset maintenance statuses to Excel by clicking the export button in the top right.
