Customers and Unity users can create an account to follow articles and sections in the knowledge base and receive notifications when content is updated.

Powerfleet staff members do not need to create accounts and can sign in directly using company SSO.
How to create an account
- Go to https://knowledge.powerfleet.com/
- Click Sign in on the top banner.
- On the sign-in page, click Sign up.
- Enter your full name and email address.
- Click Sign up.
- Check your inbox for a verification email from Powerfleet. Click the verification link in the email.
- You will be prompted to create a password. Enter a password and confirm it.
- Once complete, you will be signed in to the knowledge base.
Please note
- You do not need an account to read the help articles. All public articles are available without signing in.
- If you do not receive the verification email, check your spam or junk folder.
