EasyELD - mobile app
- Large data backlogs on the MiX 4000 mobile device may cause a long initial sync with the EasyELD mobile app when the driver connects. If interrupted, synchronization continues where it left off instead of starting over. This means faster, more efficient data transfers once that initial backlog has been cleared.
Knowledge base updates
We have updated the Powerfleet knowledge base to allow customers to create accounts and sign in. Staff members can continue to sign in using Company SSO as before. Customers can now create an account on the knowledge base to follow articles and sections.
When you follow content, you will receive email notifications whenever an article is updated or new content is added to a section.
The sign-in page now shows two options
- Email and password — For customers who have created an account.
- Continue with SSO — For Powerfleet staff members signing in with their company credentials.
All public help articles remain freely available without signing in. You do not need an account to read help articles. Creating an account is optional and only needed if you want to follow content.
