- Go to help.powerfleet.com * When your user account is setup, you will receive an email from noreply@salesforce.com. Please check your spam and junk mail folders for this email if you cannot find it in your inbox.
- Click on the link in the email that will direct you to a login page.
- Enter a new password. Your username is displayed on the form.
- Click Change password.
- You will now be able to access the portal and view your cases.
Changing my language preference
If you are logged in, you can click the user profile icon on the top right.
- Select settings.
- Change your language preference, locale and the required time zone.
- Click Save.
