To access permission-based articles or to subscribe to follow new content Powerfleet staff members can sign in using Single Sign-On (SSO) using company credentials.
How to sign in
- Go to https://knowledge.powerfleet.com/
- Click Sign in on the to banner:
- Powerfleet staff members click Continue with Powerfleet Staff SSO.
- Click on your company account.
- Enter your password.

- You do not need an account to access the help articles.
- Signing in allows you to view internal articles for staff training and support.
