FEMSA CSA (Connected Safety Analytics) maneuver statistics events from Cellocator Vehicle Gateway devices are available in On-Road IoT. The Cellocater Vehicle Gateway remains connected to Pointer Connect as its primary destination. CSA event data is automatically forked from Pointer Connect into On-Road IoT as part of the Pointer Connect Entity Sync process, with no changes required to the device itself.
Note: The Pointer Connect to On-Road IoT Entity Sync for CSA traffic must be configured by the Powerfleet support team. Contact your regional support team or account representative to enable this for your organization before proceeding.
CSA events available
The following CSA events are ingested via the Pointer Connect sync and classified as system events in On-Road IoT:

These events use the same event IDs and parameter IDs as the CANiQ pathway, ensuring consistent classification and reporting across your fleet.
Add CSA events to your event template
If the Cellocator Vehicle Gateway device is already made available in your organization, add the new CSA events to your event template manually.
- In On-Road IoT, click Manage.
- Under Config Admin, click Templates.
- Click the Event templates tab.
- Click the name of the event template linked to your Cellocator Vehicle Gateway configuration group.
- Search for each of the CSA events listed above.
- Enable each event and configure thresholds as required.
- Click Save.
Note: These events are used for data processing only. Event thresholds cannot be changed or set on the Cellocator Vehicle Gateway device from the configuration page.
