The Record Trip Driver Picture feature can be enabled or disabled per mobile Device template, allowing you to control which assets capture a driver picture at the start of a trip.
This setting is overridden by the organization-level VisionAI: Allow recording of trip driver picture control. If that setting is disabled, no trip driver picture events will be generated regardless of the template configuration. See Disable the recording of trip driver picture.
This setting is enabled by default on all Mobile Device Templates.
- In On-Road IoT, click Manage.
- Under Config admin, click Templates.
- Click the Mobile device templates tab on the left.
- Search for and click the relevant template name.
- Locate the VisionAI: Allow recording of trip driver picture setting.
- Check or uncheck the box to enable or disable the feature for this template.
- Click Save.
Changes apply to all assets linked to this template. To check which assets are linked, review the template's assigned assets before saving.
