The Record Trip Driver Picture event is a default event that is triggered at the start of a trip. The event takes a snapshot image using the in-cab driver-facing camera.
The image can be viewed in Historical tracking by clicking on the camera icon.

- When choosing events, remember to include the Record Trip Driver Picture.
- Make sure the Assets tab is selected.
- Expand the trip to view any sub-trips or events that it may contain.
- Keep on expanding the row until you get to the relevant event, then click on the image or video icon to view the media file.
- The driver snapshot info window will open and display information about the asset, driver, and trip.
- For the VisionAI multiple camera solution (Streamax camera) the driver picture event will be recorded on the in-cab camera, or channel 1 if custom camera names were chosen, by default. You can however choose another camera.
Conditions for driver picture to be triggered:
- The asset must be performing a trip (i.e. be in trip).
- There must be video recorded and available for that time.
- The DVR Ignition On Timer must be more than 120 seconds (2 minutes).
- The speed must be more than the configured moving speed.
