The VisionAI: Allow recording of trip driver picture setting is an organization-level control that acts as a master override for the Record Trip Driver Picture feature. When disabled, the system immediately stops creating and processing trip driver picture events across all devices in the organization, without requiring any device-level configuration changes.
This setting is ON by default.
- In On-Road IoT, click Manage.
- Under Operations, click Database Administration.
- Click on the organization you want to set up.
- This will default to the Organization details page.
- Locate the Activate organization for: section.
- Check or uncheck VisionAI: Allow recording of trip driver picture to enable or disable the feature for the organization.
- Click Save.
When this setting is disabled: the service will no longer create trip driver picture events for the organization. The Incoming Events service will ignore any trip driver picture events received from devices, even if those devices continue to send them.
