Unresolved issues on an asset can come from vehicle inspections, vehicle fault codes, or periodic maintenance. You can allow drivers to view these unresolved issues when they open an asset in the EasyCheck app. You can also control how drivers are able to resolve these issues.
Show unresolved issues in the mobile app
- Check the box next to Allow drivers to view unresolved issues.
Choose how to mark issues as resolved
You can choose any or all of the options below:
- Check Mark the issue as resolved in the EasyCheck mobile application to allow drivers to manually mark an issue as resolved directly in the app.
- Check the box next to Mark the issue as resolved on the "Maintenance status" page in On-Road IoT to allow fleet administrators and people using the On-Road IoT maintenance page to mark issues as resolved.
- Check Resolve the issue by passing the next inspection in the EasyCheck mobile application to automatically resolve an issue when the driver passes the relevant inspection step.
- Click Save.
