Your administrator must permit you to mark issues as resolved in the EasyCheck mobile app.
Read Allow drivers to view unresolved issues in EasyCheck.
- Open the Dashboard.
- Under the asset description, look for the Unresolved issues.
- Tap this line to open and view all the issues.
- Tap the issue that you want to resolve.
- Check the box next to Mark issue as resolved.
- Enter a comment.
- Tap the camera button to upload any photos if necessary.
- Tap Save.
