EasyCheck shows when a completed inspection and its photos are still syncing to the server. Use these indicators to tell whether a record has been saved.
Saving indicator
When you complete an inspection, EasyCheck starts sending the record and its photos to the server. While this happens:
- A blue banner with a spinner appears at the top of the screen.
- A Saving… message with a spinner appears next to the inspection on the Dashboard and History pages.
The message disappears when the record and all of its photos have uploaded.
Keep EasyCheck open until Saving… disappears. On slower connections, photos can take longer to upload and may not appear on the web until the upload finishes.
Offline indicator
When the device is offline, the inspection shows a red Not saved yet message. The message stays next to the record until the device reconnects and the record syncs to the server.
If you see Not saved yet, move to an area with a stronger connection and keep EasyCheck open until the record syncs.
