To use this functionality, make sure that:
- DTCO Download Manager is enabled for your organization.
- The Authentication service is installed.
- At least one Company Card is added for the site to enable a download provider.
UK Organizations with DTCO download enabled can choose between multiple providers, including TIS Web.
Using the Tachomaster integration
- In On-Road IoT, click Manage.
- Under DTCO Download Manager , click Settings.
- Click the Archive service tab on the left.
- Select the site that has a company card configured. Click the + to expand the list to show the sites if necessary.
- Under the Archive to: dropdown list, select "Tachomaster/RoadTech".
- Enter the Archiver account name.
- Click Save.
