- In On-Road IoT, click Manage.
- Under Operations, click Database administration.
- Expand the list to the relevant place in the organization tree structure by clicking the '+' icon next to the relevant RSO/Dealer/Multi-level organization name.
- Select the organization name that you would like to enable.
- Scroll down to the Activate organization for section.
- Check the box next to Enable DTCO Download Manager.
- Click Save.
