TIS Web integration allows customers to automatically archive DTCO files from the Unity platform to the TIS Web platform.
This feature is only applicable to customers in Europe using our HOS/DTCO Download solution.
To enable DTCO download file archiving
- In On-Raod IoT, click Manage.
- Under DTCO Download Manager, click Settings.
- Select the Archive service tab on the left.
- Select the organization that the TIS account applies to. Click the + to expand the list to show the sites if necessary.
- Enter your customer account name for the TIS Web service (no password is required).
- Click Save.
Notes:
- As soon as a DTCO file has been downloaded and is available on the Unity On-Road IoT platform, the file will be automatically archived to the TIS Web service.
- Once completed, the archived file can be viewed by logging into TIS Web.
View the status of a DTCO download file
- Click Manage.
- Under DTCO Download Manager, click DTCO files.
