- In the Unity portal, scroll down to the bottom of the menu on the left where you will see your user icon and username.
- Hover over the user icon.
- Click Unity user management - this will only be available if you are a Unity admin user.
- To streamline performance, the results on this page will not be pre-loaded. You have to search a username or status to see the relevant results.
When searching, you'll need to type the beginning of the word or phrase you're looking for. The search won't find results if you only enter part of the text from the middle of a word or phrase.
- Click the search icon to show all results.
- Click the three dots next to the relevant user.
- Click Disable.

If you disable this account the user won't have access to Unity. Note: Disabling the Unity user account will not affect the legacy user account.

Click Confirm if you wish to continue.
