Overview
The Summary Movement Report provides a breakdown of the number of visits to selected locations by vehicle or driver for the date range selected. If you don't see a location you selected, none of the selected vehicles or drivers visited that location during the date range. This report can help with route planning.
Users
Managers or supervisors who need visibility into turnaround times at locations, time spent at selected locations, and how frequently selected locations are visited.
Standard selection
- Selecting a location is compulsory. Click the Select button.
- You can either select specific locations or view all by checking the box next to the location name heading.
Columns
- Location Name - the name of the location.
- Vehicle / Driver - any selected driver or vehicle that stopped at this location in the date range.
- Driving Time - the total time spent driving to this location by the vehicle or driver, as detected by the OBC from the previous stop.
- Distance Driven - the total distance traveled during the Driving Time, as detected by the OBC from the previous stop to this location.
- Max Speed - the highest vehicle speed detected by the OBC during the Driving Time.
- Unique Visits - the number of unique times an asset or driver stopped at a location in the specified date range. A stop counts as one unique visit regardless of movement within the location afterward. For example, a truck returns to the depot and ends its trip at the off-loading bay, then moves to the wash bay, then to refuel, then to the parking area for reloading. None of these subsequent movements count as additional unique visits.
- Time At Location - the total time this vehicle or driver spent at this location in the date range.
