- In On-Road IoT, click Manage.
- Under Config Admin, click Configuration groups.
The section on the left shows all the configuration groups.
- The alerts column will display all the active alerts in the group.
- Clicking on the number will display how many assets in that group contain an alert of each type.
- Select a group, by checking the box next to it to view the assets in that group, displayed in the right-hand panel.
The section on the right shows all the assets in the selected groups.
- The alerts column on the right will display the active alerts on that asset.
- Click the number to view the active events on the asset.
Assets with an incompatible CAN script display the CAN Script requires a later version of Firmware alert. This only applies to MiX 4000 and MiX 6000 LTE devices.
A CAN script becomes unsupported when the device is downgraded to a firmware version that does not support the script currently loaded on it. Update the device firmware to a compatible version, or replace the script with one that supports the current firmware.
View the asset(s) affected by a certain alert by clicking the number in the Alerts column in the configuration group side.
View the asset descriptions by clicking the asset count as shown above.
Filtering by alerts
You can use the filter on the asset list to isolate affected assets.
- Click Filter by alert
- Select e.g. CAN Script requires a later version of firmware from the filter options.
- Only assets with an unsupported CAN script are displayed.
Only the alerts that are currently active on assets will be shown in the filter list.
