If your mobile operator added Powerfleet IPs to a whitelist, we recommend whitelisting the FM & Mesa Global Accelerator IPs as well.

MiX Connect

To ensure seamless commissioning of new devices in the field, customers must whitelist the designated MiX Connect IP addresses.

If these IP's are not whitelisted, the devices cannot connect to the MiX Connect platform, leading to failed communication and incomplete activation or configuration. Whitelisting ensures secure, reliable communication, allowing new devices to be successfully set up and integrated without interruption.
