- Note the following solution name changes as displayed on the Unity portal home page:
-
MiX Fleet Manager is now On-Road IoT.
-
Vision Pro is now Warehouse IoT.
-
Track & Trace is now Cold Chain IoT.
-
FleetView is now Logistics IoT.
-
- The email received after onboarding or resetting a password contains a link that expires after 7 days. A new message will now notify you that the link has expired. Please note that the message is only available in English since the user's Unity language setting cannot be displayed without logging in.
On-Road IoT
- The HERE maps used in On-Road IoT have been upgraded to the new generation services. The upgrade ensures current mapping functions and features will work correctly. You will also notice immediate enhancements such as a better look and feel for the street and Hybrid maps, richer Point of interest (POI) views, etc.
- The email templates are being updated to represent the new On-Road IoT brand. You will see that some of these have been rolled out and will include event notifications, HOS violations, video request emails and more. For now, the email will still come from noreply@mixtelematics.com.
- Users were informed that reports will retain data for the last 13 months to adhere to data retention policies, while dashboards and external APIs will contain older data. To accommodate this, the embedded dashboards now include a new date option called "2023" and selecting this will allow users to view older data. Databases with a one-year data retention period will not display data when this option is selected.
Driver Coaching
- When changing a driver's site on the Drivers details page, the driver will also be removed from their current team in the Driver coaching module. The driver’s coaching insights and history will however still be available in the module.
