- Tap the menu at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Support at the bottom.
- Tap FAQs to search for and view How-to articles on the help center. Tap the close button to return to the app.
- Tap Log a support ticket to provide anonymous feedback or to request assistance.
- Tap Share log files to send log files to help the development team debug any issues you might be experiencing.
Provide feedback or request assistance
- Tap Log a support ticket to request help or provide feedback.
- Enter your email address and detailed feedback to request assistance.
- To provide anonymous feedback you do not have to enter your email address. Feedback is limited to a maximum of 500 characters.
- You can add an optional attachment or screenshot by tapping ADD FILE.
- Choose if you want to add a photo or video file. The size limit is 15 MB per file. You can upload multiple files.
- The app will automatically include relevant logs from the onboard computer to facilitate troubleshooting when a support ticket is logged if you are connected to the asset. You will see these in the attachment list.
- Tap SEND.
