- Click Monitor.
- Under Fleet Admin, click Drivers.
- Click on the driver located in the Driver name column.
- Click on the Certifications tab.
- Make sure the certifications tab is selected on the left.
- Click on the three dots menu icon next to the specific certification.
- Click Remove.
- Click Remove again to confirm.
