After a pre-departure questionnaire has been completed for all drivers on a journey, the journey has to be re-assessed for risk as the risk profile has changed based on new driver-specific information regarding fatigue and environmental conditions. The journey risk approver will receive an email notification that a journey request is requiring final approval.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Journey Management, click Workflow.
- Click on the Pending Approval filter on the journey listing screen.
- Search for the relevant journey and click the downwards action arrow,

- Click on View.
- Click Approve or Decline.
- Enter a comment (mandatory when declining).
- Click Ok
Once the journey request is fully approved, the Journey Owner will be able to click on the printer icon to print the report for drivers to take in-cab on the journey.
