| Journey Approver | Person responsible for approving non-compliant journeys based on their risk profile i.e. high, medium, low. |
| JMC Operator | Located in a Journey Management Centre; the person responsible for monitoring journeys. |
| System Administrator | Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the supporting processes by making requested changes to configuration data. This is typically MiX CSO Support, RSO Support, Dealer Support. |
| Route Assessor | Person responsible for compiling route assessments. |
