MiX Insight Dashboards
- Users can now define KPI goals in the organization goals feature. The same events that can be monitored on the Insights dashboard can now be used to set KPI goals. These can then be viewed on the KPI Dashboard. Customers will be able to measure actual performance against the previous KPI period as well as against the targets that have been set. The charts will indicate whether the site/s have reached their goals and the percentage they have reduced events. This will provide a depiction of where customers need to focus their attention to improve problem areas. A new permission called, Operations / Database administration - Insights settings have been enabled to set up these KPI settings.
Read more in the organization goals article to learn how to set up KPI goals. You can view these charts on the KPI Dashboard.
- Admin users who have access to the organization goals can now click a button on this page that will take them directly to the Dashboards page and from the Dashboard page directly to organization goals for a more seamless user experience.
