- Click Monitor.
- Under Journey Management, click Workflow.
Filter
- Located on the left is a category filter, the filters can be accessed by clicking on the filter headings.
| All | Lists all the Journeys. |

| Draft | To improve screen response time, only the draft journeys with a route starting in the last 2 months or that has been edited in the last 2 months will be displayed. |
| Pending Journey Validation | Lists all the journeys awaiting validation. |
| Pending Pre-approval | Lists all the journeys awaiting pre-approval. |
| Pending Pre-departure Questionnaire | Lists all the journeys awaiting the completion of the pre-departure questionnaire. |
| Pending Approval | Lists all the journeys awaiting approval. |
| Approved | Lists all the approved journeys. |
| In Progress | Lists all the journeys that are in progress. |
| Completed | Lists all the completed journeys. |
| Journey Validation Declined | Lists all the journeys that have a declined validation. |
| Pre-approval Declined | Lists all the journeys that have a declined pre-approval. |
| Declined | Lists all the declined journeys. |
Add or Remove a column
- Click on the column selector icon in the column header,

- Click on the column name that needs to be added or removed. * A check next to the column name indicates that the column is selected and will be displayed in the list.
General search filter
- To find specific journey requests, type any information into the filter field in the top. 1. Click search or hit enter.
- The results will be displayed.
View journey details
- Click on the downwards actions arrow next to the journey
.
- Click View. * This will open the Journey Overview screen.
