You can view the current firmware version installed on the mobile device on the configurations group page or on the diagnostics modal when you track your assets.
Note that the firmware versions of the VisionAI (Streamax camera devices) will only be available on the Streamax diagnostics server.
Configurations groups
- Click Manage.
- Under Config admin, click Configuration groups.
- You can select the configuration group containing the asset(s) you want to view or select all the configuration groups and search the asset list on the right by entering text in the top filter bar or filtering the list by configuration status or by firmware version.

If the column is not visible, add it by clicking the column chooser at the top right. You can auto-size the columns by double-clicking on the line between column headers:
Outdated firmware
If your device is running firmware that is not the latest or preferred firmware version it will be highlighted in red in the FW version column. Look at the Preferered FW version column to see which version you must upgrade to. Read Upload firmware to assets in a configuration group to learn how to upgrade a device.
Diagnostics Modal
- Click Monitor.
- Under Tracking, click Live tracking.
- Click the three dots menu next to the relevant asset.
- Click Diagnostics.
The information displayed on this screen differS depending on the mobile device type.
- Click the '+' next to the Mobile device details heading to open more information.
- Click the close button (X) to return to the Unity On-Road IoT solution.
