Use Event Analyzer to classify events and violations. You can retrieve these classifications in the Violations Classification report.
Permission: You will need permission to Event Analyzer to access this feature.
- Click Measure.
- Under Insights, click Event Analyzer.
- Use the Miller columns to select your organization/site (you can select multiple sites).
- You will now see a list of all the existing event queries (you can only see queries for the sites you can access).
- The total number of queries is displayed at the top next to the heading.
- You can refresh the page by clicking the Refresh icon at the top. The last refresh time is also indicated in the heading.
- Filter or search for a query by typing in the Filter box at the top.
- The user displayed is the user who performed the last action, i.e. the person who created it will be displayed but if another user performed the event classification, the new user name will be displayed in the list.
Important note: If the user viewing the page has less permissions in the organizational levels (site level users, instead of an organization-level user for example) than the user who created the query, the username will not be visible to the user viewing the page. - The Query type will indicate if the query is for HOS violations or Events.
- View the status column for a progress update on the analysis query. (The status date and time shows when the status was recorded and can be used to see when the status changed and how much time is left to take action if needed):
