Use Event Analyzer to classify events and violations. You can retrieve these classifications in the Violations Classification report.
Permission: You will need permission to Event Analyzer to access this feature.
- In On-Road IoT, click Measure.
- Under Insights, click Event Analyzer.
- Use the Miller columns to select your organization/site. You can select multiple sites.
- You will now see a list of all the existing event queries. You can only see queries of the sites you have access to.
- Click the Add button,
- Enter a mandatory description so that you can identify your analysis query from the list.
- Select individual drivers by clicking the Select drivers button, or select a group of drivers by clicking on the group name. Click the + next to an organization or site to expand and view the groups of drivers. Click on the name of the drivers you want to include in the query. You can select multiple groups.
- Choose a date range. Select from the list for a predefined date, such as yesterday or the last 7 days, or click next to the Custom date range button to select your own dates by clicking on the calendar icons. You can only go back as far as 12 months, and you can only select 1 month at a time.
- Select the events that you want to include in the query by clicking the Select events button on the right.
- Search for an event by typing in the search bar at the top; click next to the event you want to include and click Select.
- Click the HOS violations radio button if you want to see the HOS violations that must be classified.
- Click Select violations and choose all or any one of the violations - Continuous driving; Daily driving; Weekly driving; Daily rest; Weekly rest.
- Click Select.
- Click Save.
The query will now show in the list with a status of “Retrieving data”.
