Hours of Service - Overview

  1. In On-Road IoT, click Monitor.
  2. Under Hours of Service, click HOS overview.
  3. Select the relevant organization/site from the Miller columns.

!!! note "" By default, you can select up to 1000 assets or drivers in an organization. This limit is configurable per organization, so your organization's actual limit may differ. If you select a single site, rather than an organization group, that itself exceeds the limit, you can still view those records on the HOS overview page.

Additional features on this page

  1. Filter the list according to your specific duty statuses, HOS drivers, non-HOS drivers, exempt drivers (where relevant), sub-statuses and ELD actions by clicking on the filters on the left.
  2. Sort a column by clicking on the column name in the header.
  3. Search any text in the list by typing in the filter bar at the top.
  4. Export the list to an Excel file by clicking the export icon at the top right: ExportIcon.png
  5. Choose the columns you want to see by clicking the column chooser and marking the columns with a check. Click a checked column again to remove it from the list: Column_Chooser.png

!!! tip "" Grey column names cannot be deselected.

  1. Click the three-dots menu next to the row to show the driver on the HOS timeline or HOS log viewer.
  2. Scroll through the pages by using the navigation buttons at the bottom right corner:
