When searching in the video gallery use the text "custom video request" or "custom clip request" (full or partial text) for any custom video clips to be shown.
Permission: You will need permission to the Video Gallery to access this feature.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Videos, click Video gallery.
- Select a date range from the list, e.g. "Yesterday". If you are looking for a specific date, select Custom from the dropdown list and choose your date range by clicking on the calendar icons. Custom clips are only available for the last 30 days. Click the green check to confirm your date choice if you selected the custom option.
- You can filter the list by assets, drivers, events, and locations. Click on any of the icons and choose the required filters from the list by checking the box next to the item. These filter settings are remembered the next time you use the feature. Click Clear all to clear any active filters.
- Enter the text "custom" in the global textbox:
