View the assets linked to the configuration group

  1. Click Manage.
  2. Under Config Admin, click Configuration groups.
  3. Select the relevant configuration group in the list on the left-hand side. You can search for a group using the filter bar at the top.

  • Selecting configuration groups on the left will display the related assets in the right panel. 1. Select an asset in the right panel by checking the box next to the asset name.

Filter asset list

  • You can enter text at the top in the filter bar to search for specific assets.
  • You can filter the asset list by configuration status by clicking the filter button at the top. Select from the dropdown list. You can select multiple statuses. 1. Filter the assets by firmware version by clicking the firmware version filter at the top and selecting the relevant firmware version(s).

Actions you can perform on assets

  1. Click Actions at the top and choose to:

      • Compile - compile configuration for a single asset. 1. Upload configuration. 2. Upload firmware.
    • Reset the flag. 1. Move the asset to another configuration group.

  2. Click the asset name to edit the configuration for an individual asset.

Show all assets

  • You can select all the configuration groups to show all assets on the right hand side by clicking the checkbox in the header that displays all the column names.

Columns

  1. Add or remove columns from the page, by clicking the column picker icon, Column_Chooser.png at the top of each panel. * Column descriptions:

    • Alerts icon - shows an error count of alerts (e.g. configuration upload request expired or preferred FW version not supported. Click on the number of alerts to open a screen showing the alerts.
    • Flag - shows the number of assets flagged in the configuration group.

    • Name - Configuration group name

    • Mobile device - Mobile device associated with config group

    • Mobile device template - The mobile device template linked to the config group - click on the template name to open the template and view the settings.

    • Event template - Event template linked to config group - click on the template name to open the template and view the settings.

    • Location template - Location template linked to config group - click on the template name to open the template and view the settings.

    • FW version - Preferred firmware version configured on the mobile device connected to the Mobile device template.

    • CAN script - CAN script(s) connected to Mobile device template - click on the name of the CAN script to open it on the template level.

    • Speed - Speed source connected to Mobile device template such as Speed sender, J1708 CAN Speed, GPS velocity as speed.

    • RPM - RPM source connected to Mobile device template such as RPM signal or J1708 CAN RPM.

    • Fuel - Fuel source connected to Mobile device template such as EDM fuel flow meter or J1708 CAN Fuel.

    • SP - shows whether Streamax camera is connected or not and displays the name of the type of camera. Configured on Mobile device template.

    • HOS - shows whether DTCO or ELD is in use. Configured on the Mobile device template (HOS Line).
