Launching the Timeclock

As an administrator you can launch the Timeclock feature from MiX Fleet Manager as follows:

1. Click Monitor.
2. Under Hours of Service, click Timeclock.

This will take you to the Timeclock login page.

You can configure how you would like to driver to gain access to Timeclock. A driver can either log in using a plug or driver ID, with or without a password, or be required to use a red plug to access Timeclock, again either with or without a password.

The driver password is set under the driver's HOS settings.

Driver login

• Insert the Driver ID plug or manually enter the Driver ID in the relevant field using the keyboard. 1. Enter the password if required. 2. Click SIGN IN.

Driver login with a unformatted USB plug.

• Insert the plug.
• A window will pop up to ask if the USB can be formatted. 1. Click Format.
• Driver will be prompted to enter his Driver ID and password (if configured).
• After syncing, the driver’s HOS information will be displayed and the HOS plug has been created.
