It is very important to ensure the correct energy peripheral is connected in the asset mobile device template.
If the correct peripheral device is not connected to the fuel line in the relevant mobile device template, the EV data will not display.
- In On-Road IoT, click Manage.
- Under Config Admin, click Templates.
- Click the Mobile device templates tab.
- Search for the relevant template.
TIP: You can also go to Configuration groups if you are not sure which mobile device template is linked to your assets. Read Find the configuration template linked to an asset:
- On the mobile device template screen, click on the text next to the Fuel line, either "Not connected "or the current peripheral.
- Choose the relevant peripheral to retrieve the EV data:
- Click Save.
